Jason graduated from Anglia Ruskin University before joining Manpower Plc, one of the UK's leading recruitment consultancies.

He made the transition to Legal Recruitment in 1996 when he joined one of East Anglia's leading regional consultancies based just outside Cambridge.

In 2007 Jason joined a large international legal recruiter, based in the city, to set up their new regional operation.

Jason has recruited lawyers at all levels from equity partner to NQ and has advised on individual & team moves.

When not at work, Jason spends his time with his ever growing young family and immersing himself in historic aviation.

Sarah has spent many years working in the recruitment industry helping and supporting legal professionals at all levels in making major career moves.

She is a qualified Fellow of The Institute of Recruitment Professionals and a qualified Personal Performance Coach specialising in Career and Business coaching. She has recently formed her own coaching business, SMART edge coaching, who we are pleased to work in association with.

By taking a down-to-earth, common sense approach she has formed long-term professional relationships with clients who value and appreciate her honesty and straightforward manner.

Outside of work Sarah enjoys traveling when time and funds permit, with her favourite destination being Italy both for sking in the winter and soaking up the wonderful climate and scenery during the warmer months.
